Any and all court documents in reference to your placement in TRC.
Accepted Identifications: TENNESSEE State Issued Photo ID or Driver’s License. Any other State ID will not be accepted.
NON-LAMINATED Social Security Card
DOC Clients must have current DOC ID Card

One (1) 12-Pack of Toilet Tissue

Bedding for a twin size bed – Sheets, Blankets, Comforter & Pillow
Laundry Supplies – Liquid Detergent ONLY (no pods)
Fabric Softener & Bleach (if you need them)

Clothing – About 5-7 changes of clothing.
No tank tops, muscle shirts
No clothing that promotes/advertises alcohol and/or drugs.
Our dress code forbids the practice of “sagging” so bring pants that fit and a belt to keep them up with.
– Absolutely no facial piercing or earrings.

One pair of rubber shower slippers
Clothes hangers
Quarters for pay phone and laundry ($1 to wash, $1 to dry)
Small laundry basket
One three ring binder with notebook paper and pens

An alarm clock / radio no larger than 12″ x 16″
Clients are permitted a small MP3 Player as long as it is not capable of accessing the internet. They are NOT permitted to have any device capable of internet access: iPod, Laptop, Tablet, etc.

Personal Hygiene Products: Shaving items, cologne, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, wash cloths, toilet tissue, etc.

A few personal photos or other small items to decorate your living area.

NOTE: There are 3 clients to each room and space is limited, please do not bring excessive items.

THE POSSESSION AND USE OF CELL PHONES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
IMMEDIATE DISCHARGE WILL RESULT IF ONE IS FOUND IN YOUR POSSESSION.

If the client is currently on prescription medications they must have enough medication for the duration of their stay or have a prescription with refills. It is the client’s responsibility to cover the cost of their medications.
– All OTC medications must be turned over to TRC staff for proper storage.

Should you bring your vehicle, you must surrender all keys to TRC staff and consent to search.
You will not be allowed to drive for a minimum of 45 days.
